Day 3: Malacca Heritage & Riverside CharmMalacca (Melaka) is celebrated for its rich colonial heritage, vibrant multicultural influences, and UNESCO World Heritage status. The city's story spans over 600 years, shaped by Portuguese, Dutch, and British rule.
Begin your tour at St. Peter's Church (1710), Malaysia’s oldest functioning Christian church, then drive past Bukit China, home to the largest 17th-century Chinese cemetery
outside China. Explore the iconic A Famosa fortress and the evocative ruins of St. Paul’s Church, before continuing to the salmon-pink The Stadthuys, the former Dutch administrative center that now houses the Malacca Museum.
Unwind on a one-hour Malacca River cruise, gliding past historic buildings, the traditional Malay village of Kampong Morten, and the lively Sigua Mini Park. Visit Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, Malaysia's oldest Chinese temple, and conclude the tour with time to explore Jonker Street, famous for antiques, art galleries, and local treats.
Day 4: Batu Caves and Rail Journey to PenangHead to the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur today where your will start you tour by visiting the well-known Royal Selangor Pewter factory, which is the largest in the world. Here, you will have a brief tour around the factory where you will not only learn about its history, but also see a demonstration of some of the many processes of a pewter product such as casting, filling, polishing and hammering.
Afterwards, there will be a brief stop at the Batik Centre where you will discover how this popular Malaysian fabric is designed and printed.
The final part of your tour will be the most exciting, as you proceed to the iconic Batu Caves. This world famous limestone outcrop houses a Hindu temple and is visited by thousands of pilgrims and tourists every year. Before climbing up the 272 stairs in order to reach the main cave temple, you will have a chance to admire the impressive golden structure of the 140 feet tall statue of Hindu God Lord Murugan located at the entrance. Once you reach the top, you will not only be greeted by several cheeky monkeys but will also have a great view of the stunning skyline of Kuala Lumpur.

Day 5: Penang: Street Art, Rainforest & Afternoon TeaExperience the vibrant creativity of Georgetown on a fun and interactive street art discovery walk. In just a few hours, explore over 30 iconic murals while getting a glimpse into the city's history and local life--first on foot, then by Trishaw for a unique perspective.
Start with one of the city's most famous pieces, Ernest Zacharevic's "Kids on a Bicycle", and discover other works by Zacharevic and Louis Gan, celebrated for their clever use of 3D objects alongside murals. Continue the walk to see the "101 Lost Kitten" project, created to raise awareness about stray animals in the city. Learn Skippy's story, a cat with a deformed leg who now lives happily at the Bon Ton Resort in Langkawi, and hear how local artists use their work to educate and inspire.
As you follow the art trail, your guide brings to life the history and culture that shaped Georgetown, making each mural a window into the city's past and present.Begin with a transfer from your hotel to Penang Hill, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve that is home to more than 2,000 species of flora and over 500 species of fauna. Upon arrival at the lower station, board the historic Swiss-built funicular railway for a scenic journey to the summit. As the train ascends through lush tropical rainforest and hillside farms, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Penang Island and the mainland Province of Wellesley.
At the top, enjoy a traditional afternoon tea at David Brown's Restaurant & Tea Terraces, a charming colonial-style restaurant set amid beautifully landscaped gardens with sweeping hilltop views. The classic English-style afternoon tea is served on a tiered stand and typically includes freshly baked scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, a selection of finger sandwiches, assorted cakes and pastries, fresh strawberries--a signature of the restaurant--and your choice of tea or coffee. The cool mountain air, tranquil garden setting, and elegant colonial atmosphere make this a relaxing and memorable experience on Penang Hill.
After tea, continue to the viewing deck and take time to stroll around the summit area. Highlights include Bel Retiro, a historic colonial bungalow and the official residence of the Governor of Penang, as well as the Penang Hill Mosque and the Penang Hill Hindu Temple.
Next, visit The Habitat, a pristine rainforest reserve located on Penang Hill. Enjoy a leisurely nature walk along well-maintained forest trails, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the ancient rainforest, learn about the local ecosystem, and take in stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The trails also offer chances to spot wildlife; if you're lucky, you may even see the adorable dusky leaf monkey perched high in the treetops. Along the route, experience the Langur Way Canopy Bridge--the longest double-span stressed ribbon bridge in the world--and Curtis Crest, the highest viewing platform on Penang Hill. The walk covers approximately 1.6 km before returning to the funicular station for the descent and transfer back to your hotel
Day 6: Penang: Georgetown Culinary HeritageExplore the historic and vibrant UNESCO city of George Town on the food and heritage walking tour.
Begin at Chowrasta Market, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of local traders selling fresh produce and daily goods. Then stop at the famous Toh Soon Cafe to enjoy traditional charcoal-toasted bread, prepared using time-honoured methods.
Continue to Campbell Street, a bustling shopping area once known as "Sin Kay" by the Chinese community in the 19th century. At the nearby Campbell Street Market, one of George Town's oldest markets dating back to around 1900, sample local favourites such as yu char kuih (fried dough fritters) and delicious dim sum, including char siu bao (barbecued pork buns) and har gao (shrimp dumplings).
Next, visit the beautifully ornate Khoo Kongsi Clan House before stopping at Kapitan Keling Mosque, named after an early Indian Muslim merchant. Enjoy some freshly prepared roti canai, the famous hand-flipped Indian Muslim flatbread.
Continue to Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, Penang's oldest Hindu temple, and the nearby Goddess of Mercy Temple, dedicated to Kuan Yin.
The tour concludes with a traditional banana leaf rice lunch, served with aromatic curries and a refreshing glass of teh tarik, Malaysia's famous "pulled" milk tea.
